Nam Hua at 3112 North Jupiter Road #305, Garland, Texas.

Made up Mi Bo Kho, never trust a place with a big menu. None of it is freshly cooked. What I got was some cobbled together BS that noway resembles mi bo kho. They basically got some pho meat and added it to some pho broth with Wide egg noodles and tried to pass it off.

Good quantity of food in my bun order and fair prices but not much meat and not "grilled" nor flavored well with the sweet carmalization I expect.
Not may vegetables, too americanized with bell peppers, lettuce and not the Vietnamese veggies.
The noodles were not vermicelli noodles but larger and I felt like most of the meal was noodles!

Not too impressed. Waiter did not understand English well. Appears to be a family-owned restaurant.

First time ever I did not gobble down every last bit but only ate about 20 percent and I was done!
