Garland Independent Pharmacy at 3641 Broadway Boulevard # 100, Garland, Texas.

I love this pharmacy. Pharmacist is very helpful. I had difficulties with an auth and he was great about it.
IRENE (staff) is very rude. I had a med waiting for me that was already picked up from another location. As I asked her questions as to whether or not that had been picked up because I was currently already taking it .. she became quick and rude. She hung up on me.
I was trying to figure out if the wrong med was given to me since she said it was still there. She hung up on me! Unprofessional. Doesn’t belong there. Pharmacists are great.
