Centerville Pointe Apartments at 4266 Duck Creek Drive, Garland, Texas.

The apartments are nice, spacious, and offers nice amenities. However, there are some repair issues and the electrical wiring that needs immediate attention. Maintenance half repair and rig things up only to have to be contacted again and again about the same repair issue.
The adults are ok, but the kids simply run a muck over here. They cuss, fight, don’t move out the streets when cars are coming. They simply have NO home training.
I love the parking (right at my front door)! Visitors are welcomed too unlike a lot of Dallas apartments.
I have a love hate relationship for these apartments. If you can get past the bay bay kids you’ll love it here!

I must admit our manager Sheema and asst manager Jackie has definitely made a tremendous change in this property the things that use to go on here has changed for the better the maintenance has been taking all orders and making sure they are done I'm truly thankful to say management is understanding to your concerns they don't matter who you are if they see a problem they will address it and mean it I had to share my thoughts because when you know it's a change for the better of this community this staff needs to be rewarded because this is not a easy property to deal with once again thank you all for your services Ms Ross!!!
