This Alex guy came to my house to fix the air handler fan that wouldn't stop running. After a couple of hours and calling someone else to help him he charged me $220.00 and said he replaced a fan relay and that solved the problem. A month later the same problem returned and now, without even checking he said he has to replace a different relay and change the whole heating element and he would charge me $80.00 just for the visit. He either doesn't know what he's s doing or he's just flat-out dishonest. I would stay away from this business. I will call a reputable company to fix this issue.
